This is the back cover text for: The Eferian Dawn volume one.
Fed up with the destructive powers against their lives: the Eferian people sparked uprising towards any connection with the magical abilities—known to them as Haan—said to be the source of the continued continental war.
Evel-Rin, with his assistant Aegrin-Ogal, aid an ostracised woman inflicted with a disease of unknown origins believed by Evel-Rin to have connections with the Haan powers. In fear of the townspeople’s retaliation against her presence, they travel to the north lands where Haan is still practiced publicly. All to find a cure for her mysterious illness.
Within the western regions of the continent: Eder Thornton, Second-in-Command of Defence for The Sun army, finds herself standing within the forefront of a potential invasion from the neighbouring lands of Tailen going into the empire’s capital.
And within the north: the largest Haan school of the continent, The Sunset River, have gained intel surrounding a new faith sprouting popularity opposed to the current reign of the Haan rulers, the Yulis. Seeing the dangers of the newly founded worship, The Sunset River in direct connection with the Yulis seek out to prevent linkage to the world known as Alvenru.
But what they don’t know is a new dawn for the Sagen world, has risen.
