Giving post suggestions helps to understand what readers wants to know more of surrounding lore, locations, systems, characters, and the like. Giving post suggestions—like feedback—helps to gain insight on what readers want to see. And by giving suggestions will in turn also extend subjects on posts which otherwise would go overlooked. Many times is it possible for one send-in to make a detailed post surrounding the suggested topic to happen!
The suggestion should be either one word or a short sentence.
A direct response to suggestions is rare. Only topics used or about to be used might invoke a response.
